http://rakverelinnus.ee/en

Rakvere Castle is a 16th century theme park for the whole family. It is a medieval world where you can actively partake in the castle's daily routine, including an archery tournaments, jousting, sword-fighting, caring for small cattle, and laundering.
Rakvere Castle is five minutes walk away from the town square and is the main tourist attraction in Rakvere.

Next to the castle is Rakvere Bull, a sculpture that imitates a Bull that, to believe the legendes lived near Rakvere. there comes Rakvere's slogan: Rakvere- full of power!

Rakvere castle is almost always open around noon in the summer season you can contact them aswell on the link:http://rakverelinnus.ee/en
I havent been there a while but the price should stay around 5-6 euros per person and even cheaper about 3-4 euros per student! SO TAKE YOUR STUDENTCARDS WITH YOU!

well in winter there is A LOT to do here! there is ice skating open in Rakvere Stadium in the winter, you can build a snowtown in the town square, there are also ski rental and many places to enjoy the day by skiing.
But if you are coming in January then you have to consider that it is the coldest month in Estonia, up to -30 C, so wrap up warm!Rakvere is pretty in every season so im sure you will enjoy it anyway. ofcourse in Rakvere castle hill you can go sledging,
Aqva spa is a nice place to go in any season aswell and it has got outside pool if you feel up to it! many tourists come to Rakvere to get cheap and top quality beauty treatments and it is worth a try!
hopefully ill be posting some more great activities to do in Rakvere and i really hope you choose my hometown as your destination! :)
